What is The Way of the ancient warrior? 

The Way of the Ancient Warrior is the product of over nearly two decades of experience as a practitioner, over a decade of coaching, and nearly 100 books. The philosophy behind The Way is heavily influenced by Zen, Daoism, and Stoicism. 

The methodology behind the way is a combination of functional bodybuilding & refined aerobic, yin-yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques.

If one was to imagine the Sage or Mahatma of The Way of the Ancient Warrior, it would be some combination of Miyamoto Musashi, Buddha, and Socrates.

The Way of the Ancient Warrior includes:

  • Rituals & Schedule Optimization (stress relief, function) 

  • Yin Yoga (longevity, function, stress relief)

  • Strength & Aerobic Training (longevity, function, body-composition)

  • Basic Nutrition Guidelines (longevity, function, body-composition)

  • Mindfulness, Breathing, & Meditation (stress relief, longevity, function)

This is for someone who has been on their own journey for some time and does not need a lot of instruction. You know how to train already and are very likely an ex or current athlete who is looking to find and learn about balance. 

 

You are in this for the structure, accountability, and well... because you want to be part of something cool: a virtual community walking The Way of the Ancient Warrior.

This package includes:

  • Access to the Ancient Warrior Facebook Group

 

  • Access to ‘Office Hours’ where I will be available to answer questions

 

  • 3x/week Strength Training

 

  • 2x/week Yin Flow (2 unique flows/month)

 

  • Weekly Breathing, Mindfulness, and Meditation

 

  • Use of Truecoach App (all workouts will be delivered through this program)

 

  • Nutrition E-Guide

  • 60 Minute Consult with Coach Myles

Ongoing: $85.00 CAD / month

The Way -Guided

This is for someone who needs more guidance in any or all of the disciplines involved in The Way of the Ancient Warrior. With this package you get 1 on 1 coaching with a guide (Myles).

 

Each month you’ll get a full hour with your guide Myles on Zoom. During this hour you get to ask any and all questions you may have. Furthermore, Myles will help you work through resistance and the little hang ups you will experience walking your path.

This package includes:

  • Monthly 60 minute Coaching Consult with Myles

  • Individualized Nutritional Recommendations

  • Individualized Schedule Optimization

  • Access to the Ancient Warrior Facebook Group

  • Access to ‘Office Hours’ where I will be available to answer questions

  • 3x/week Strength Training

  • 2x/week Yin Flow (2 unique flows/month)
